Graphic Designer Executive

Job Description
The Graphic Designer Executive will be responsible for conceptualising and producing visual communications that support the church’s ministries, events and outreach initiatives.

This role works closely with the Communications team and ministry stakeholders to translate ideas into effective designs across digital and print platforms. The designer will help maintain visual consistency across church communications while producing creative assets that engage both the church and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Production
Conceptualise and produce design assets for digital and print platforms (slides, social media graphics, posters, banners, brochures, event visuals, etc.).
Design visuals for church-wide initiatives, ministry programmes and outreach events.
Ensure visual consistency across all materials in line with the church’s branding guidelines.

Communications & Ministry Support
Work with ministry teams and the Communications team to deliver effective design solutions.
Provide design support for church announcements, publications and promotional materials.
Assist with creative needs for major events and special projects when required.

Creative Systems & Asset Management
Maintain organised design files, templates and visual assets.
Develop reusable templates to improve workflow and efficiency.

Volunteer Collaboration
Support and collaborate with design volunteers where applicable.

Prerequisites

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • At least 2 years of relevant design experience.
  • Strong design sense and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Admin Executive to support BBTC staff, members, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and manage staff records, reports, and statutory submissions (including government portals and surveys).
  • Support governance-related HR administration and provide HR assistance to various collectives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.

Talent Management & Staff Development

  • Support and implement a holistic staff development framework, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee staff welfare, training, and development activities (e.g. Staff Gathering and team events).
  • Strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive ministry-oriented culture.

HR Systems & Process Improvement

  • Drive digitisation and streamlining of HR processes (leave, claims, collaboration tools).
  • Optimise and manage HRMS modules to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements.

Ministry & Organisational Support

  • Participate in church-wide and ad hoc ministry events when required.
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and staff.

Prerequisites

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Audio Visual Specialist / Senior Audio-Visual Specialist

Job Description

The Audio-Visual Specialist will be responsible for executing audio productions, managing audio engineering tasks, and supporting the team in operating and maintaining audio/visual equipment.

This position will involve leading volunteers and collaborating with a team to ensure the seamless operation of both small and large-scale events.

Depending on experience, the role may include additional leadership responsibilities such as managing audio engineering teams and overseeing more complex audio setups and live productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support audio engineering and mixing for Front of House (FOH) and livestreaming events.
  • Operate and maintain audio/visual hardware and peripherals, including patching, system calibration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Manage audio software for recording, mixing, and editing across different platforms.
  • Work on audio productions for conferences, seminars, concerts, musicals, and other live events.
  • Lead and support the setup and operation of audio systems for various events.
  • Manage inventory of AV equipment and ensure proper maintenance and scheduling.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to volunteer audio crews or junior audio engineers.
  • Troubleshoot workflow and technical issues, ensuring smooth audio operations during events.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure all AV requirements are met.
  • Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and team scheduling as needed.
  • Maintain effective documentation for inventory management, technical setup, and event planning.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for scheduling, reporting, and general communication.

Prerequisites

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sound, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (relevant professional certifications such as Dante are a plus).
  • Proficiency in live sound mixing and systems patching.
  • Experience with recording, mixing, and editing for both live sound and broadcast.
  • Strong knowledge of audio hardware, software, and AV peripherals.
  • Familiarity with schematic diagrams and troubleshooting audio-related technical faults.
  • At least 2 years of experience in audio/visual production (higher-level candidates should have 5+ years).
  • Experience with audio engineering in both small-scale and large-scale productions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong leadership potential for more experienced candidates.
  • Strong communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • High level of dependability, accountability, and attention to detail.
