Pastor Don Wong began his message with Isaiah 61:1-3 on the importance of having a relationship with the Holy Spirit. He reminded us that as God’s people, His royal priesthood, (1 Peter 2:9) we can be filled, led and empowered by the Holy Spirit to fulfil the commission that has been entrusted to us. To share the good news to the world and to do so by (i) Walking in the Presence of the Holy Spirit as Jesus Christ did (2) Seeing through the Eyes of the Holy Spirit as revealed to us by God (1 Cor 2:9-10 and (iii) Speaking with the Authority of the Holy Spirit as directed by Jesus (Matt 18:18)
